Is this really free for borrowers?
Yes. Always. Realtors and loan officers pay $39/mo for the Pro tools — that subsidizes the consumer side completely. We never charge a borrower a finder's fee, lead-gen fee, or anything else.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. The wizard asks for your credit-score range — we don't pull credit. A real credit check only happens later, after you choose a loan officer and apply with a specific program.
Do you sell my data to lenders?
No. We don't sell data to ad networks, lookalike audiences, or anyone. We share the relevant subset of your wizard answers with a pro only when you've connected with them and approved the handoff.
How often is the program list updated?
Every month. Our research team re-verifies eligibility rules, dollar amounts, and program status. We tag changes with a version diff so you can see what moved.
What if I don't qualify for anything?
Rare, but it happens — and we tell you honestly when it does. We also flag the programs you're closest to qualifying for, with a specific number (e.g. "$3,200 of additional savings unlocks this"). And we'll alert you when new programs open in your area.
How is this different from a mortgage broker?
