Terms of Service

By clicking “Create account,” signing in with a single sign-on provider, or otherwise using Hey Prescott, you confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Fair Lending Policy, and that you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity you represent. If you do not accept the entirety of the policies you cannot use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to purchase a home in the United States to use the borrower side of Hey Prescott. You agree to provide accurate household, income, and location information on the matching engine. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.

Hey Prescott is and will remain free for borrowers. Borrowers never pay us to use the program-matching wizard, save programs, or chat with Prescott. Our revenue comes from professional subscriptions — the loan officers and realtors who close the deal with you.

Realtor and Loan Officer accounts are billed monthly or annually, in advance, by the plan you've selected at signup. Subscription fees are charged to the payment method on file. Failure to pay will suspend access to pro features after a 7-day grace period. Billing inquiries: email billing@heyprescott.com.

You agree to not misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:

• Submit false household, income, or location data to obtain matches you are not entitled to;
• Scrape, mirror, or resell the program directory or any of our underwriting materials;
• Pose as a licensed professional you are not (realtors and loan officers must hold active state licenses);
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

When you choose to be introduced to a housing counselor, lender, or realtor through Hey Prescott, you authorize us to share the relevant subset of your borrower profile with that professional. We don't share your full search history, your saved messages with Prescott, or any banking information.

Hey Prescott provides general program information and educational matching software. We are not a mortgage lender, broker, or housing counseling agency. Numbers like “max qualify” or estimated assistance amounts are based on public data shown to us by program sponsors and may not reflect final underwriting determinations. Your final loan terms — and the final question of whether to grant you any specific program — sit with the actual lender and program. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for cause, we'll tell you why and offer 15 days to fix anything we missed.
