Does the homebuyer data drop into Encompass?
Encompass + Lender Toolkit integration ships 2026 Q3 on the Brokerage/IMB plan. For LO solo plans today, export to a CSV and import to your LOS.
Do you guarantee DPA approvals?
No — we list eligibility based on the rules each program publishes, but underwriting decisions stay with the program sponsor. We mark every match as "Eligible" or "May be eligible" and tell you which rule is the soft one.
What if homebuyers don't close?
Prescott's job is to give them a real plan. Homebuyers stay in your inbox for 90 days after they save a program. After that, they age out — but you can re-engage any time before that.
