Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Hey Prescott, Inc. collects when you use heyprescott.com or any of our products, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be readable — if anything is unclear, write to privacy@heyprescott.com and a real person will respond.

Profile and account info power the matching engine — we run your eligibility flags against thousands of programs to surface the ones you qualify for. Usage data helps us improve features (e.g. which steps borrowers drop on). We do not sell your data to advertising or marketing audiences. We do not use it to build lookalike audiences for paid acquisition.

When you tap “Connect me” on a program or accept a pro match, we share the relevant subset of your wizard answers and saved programs with the loan officer or realtor you've chosen. They see what you'd otherwise have to repeat on a phone call. They do not see your full profile, and they cannot export it.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Optional analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you opt in. See the cookie preferences page for the full vendor list and to change your choices.

Wherever you live, you can ask us what data we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, export it, or delete it. Use the privacy rights center for self-serve data download and account deletion, or email privacy@heyprescott.com. We'll respond within 45 days, usually faster. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA and EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR — we honor all of these globally.

We keep account data while your account is active. After it's closed, we delete your profile and usage data within 90 days. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained longer.

Hey Prescott is not designed for or directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please email and we'll delete it.

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be announced by email and — even if you don't open it — surfaced inside the app as a banner. Each version is timestamped at the top of this page.
