For lenders, IMBs, banks & credit unions

Your products. Your programs.
One workspace.

A workspace for institutions that originate: define the loan products you offer, curate the assistance programs you actually fund, and give your loan officers and underwriters one place to work the file.

The lender workspace

Built for the institution, not just the loan officer.

01

Your products, your approved list

Define the loan products your team originates and curate which assistance programs you will actually fund. Matching only ever returns your approved set — nobody is shown a program you cannot close.

02

Your own assistance, listed alongside

If your institution funds its own grant or second lien, register it once and it appears next to the catalog programs your team is matching against.

03

A scenario in, a loan file out

Your loan officers run a homebuyer, see which assistance lines up, pair it with one of your products, and convert the whole thing into a loan file without rekeying it.

04

Underwriting in the same system

Underwriters and processors work conditions and validations on the file your loan officer created. Every check carries its rule, its source citation and its effective date, and none of them decides anything on their own.

05

Your identity provider, your rules

SAML or OIDC single sign-on, seat management by role, lead routing you configure, and your own disclosures attached to co-branded output.

06

Found by the homebuyers already looking

Your organization gets a public page, and so does every loan officer on it. Homebuyers searching for assistance in a state you serve can find the people who fund it.

Getting started

Four steps, in the order that actually works.

Step 01

Create the organization

Name the institution, pick its type, and start a free trial. No card. If colleagues are already here, ask to join them instead and a manager approves you.

Step 02

Work the setup checklist

A guided list, in order: a loan product, your approved programs, a first scenario, then licensing, your team, your page and lead routing.

Step 03

Bring the team

Invite loan officers, underwriters and processors. Each role opens its own workspace; seats are billed at the organization, not per person.

Step 04

Go live

Once your firm license is on file, publish your public page and let your loan officers publish theirs.

Questions we get

The things worth asking first.

How is this different from the brokerage plan?
The brokerage plan is for teams of loan officers who want branded homebuyer links, a shared lead inbox and assistance matching. This is for the institution that decides what gets originated — you set the loan products and the approved program list, you can fund your own assistance, and underwriting happens on the same file. If your team originates through somebody else’s products, the brokerage plan is the better fit.
Do you quote rates or pick programs for people?
No, and that is a deliberate product boundary rather than a gap. Hey Prescott is educational: it will not quote a rate, estimate a payment, or tell a homebuyer which program to choose. Those refusals are enforced in code and we attack our own assistant in testing to make sure they keep holding. Your licensed people advise; the platform finds and explains.
What does it cost?
You start on a free trial with no card. Seats are counted at the organization rather than per individual, so adding an underwriter does not mean buying a second product. Talk to us before the trial ends and we will get the commercials right for your size.
Who can be on the account?
Lender admins and loan officers work the origination side; underwriters and processors work the file. A standalone contract underwriting or QC firm can also have its own organization here without a lending arm attached.
What do you need from us before we are visible to homebuyers?
Your firm license on file, and a verified, unexpired license in each state a loan officer wants to be matched in. Filing them is your step; verifying them is ours. Nobody appears in a state they are not licensed in.
Does this replace our LOS?
No. It sits in front of it. Encompass field mapping is built in, and the point is that the assistance work happens before and alongside the file rather than in a spreadsheet beside it.
