What training leads ask.
Do I need another Hey Prescott plan to use Learn?
No. Learn is a standalone product with its own sign-in. A brokerage, lender, bank or credit union starts a fourteen-day trial with no card; a counseling agency or public housing agency requests access and is set up through its verified path.
What do homebuyers get?
Free courses on the programs they are reading about — what a program is, who it is for, whether it has to be paid back, and how to apply — in English and Spanish, with a certificate of completion. Homebuyer courses never cost anything and never sell anything.
Will Learn tell my team what to quote a homebuyer?
No. Learn teaches your programs and your process. Prescott never quotes pricing, never recommends a specific program for a specific homebuyer, and the fair-lending guardrails that protect the homebuyer app stay on for every Learn surface.
Where does the program data come from?
The same verified DPA program records that power the rest of Hey Prescott. Learn never copies them — it version-stamps your training against them, which is what makes the self-healing possible.
What happens when a program changes?
The reconciler catches the change, flags every module and knowledge asset built on that program, marks affected certifications as due for a refresh, and queues a targeted retake — usually one module, not the whole pathway.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone in your org who can open Learn: builders, managers, and members. You pick the seat count at checkout and can change it any time from billing.
Can homebuyers see certifications?
Each certification has a public verification page, and pros can show a certification badge on their public profile once your org turns it on.
Do you train AI models on our documents?
No. Your hub is yours — org-private, access-scoped, and used only to serve your own team.
