The Chickasaw Nation offers a one-time grant of up to $5,000 to help Chickasaw citizens with down payment and/or closing costs on the purchase or rate/term refinance of a primary residence. Applicants must be a Chickasaw citizen, be on the loan application, and be approved for a home loan; the grant is not disbursed after the loan has closed.
