HOP 2gether is a year-long homebuyer readiness program offered by the City of Wilmington that assists first-time homebuyers at or below 60% Area Median Income (AMI) to qualify for a mortgage. Upon program completion, participants become eligible to receive up to $25,000 in additional down payment assistance. Benefits can be stacked with the HOP (Home Ownership Pool), CPLP, or other down payment assistance programs.
