City of Durango Complete Community Loan -- a partnership between the City of Durango (funded by CDBG/DOLA + city general fund) and HomesFund. Provides up to $25,000 in shared-appreciation DPA to Durango workforce buyers. Designed to address Durango's housing-cost gap (median home prices routinely $600K+) for permanent La Plata County workers. In August 2017 HomesFund expanded eligibility from 80% AMI to 125% AMI; since extended again per current Freddie Mac DPA One income limits to ~150% AMI.
