CPLC Housing Counseling, in partnership with the City of Phoenix, offers the Open Doors Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program to first-time homebuyers in Phoenix whose total household earnings are at or below 80% of Area Median Income. The amount awarded varies based on financial need. CPLC is a HUD-approved counseling agency with over 30 years of experience, and also offers bilingual mortgage counseling and lending through its CPLC Home Lending subsidiary.
