Trehab Community Action Agency is the Northern Pennsylvania community action agency serving Susquehanna, Wyoming, and Bradford counties. Trehab's Down Payment and Closing Costs Assistance Program provides grants to first-time, low- and moderate-income homebuyers purchasing primary residences in their service area. Funding flows through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency Housing Trust Fund and HUD Community Services Block Grant pass-through dollars. The grant is bundled with Trehab's HUD-certified pre-purchase homebuyer education program and one-on-one financial counseling.
