Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland's Home Purchase Program provides affordable homeownership to income-qualified families in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties through the purchase of Habitat-built or rehabilitated homes. Families earn 30%-80% AMI and must demonstrate housing need, willingness to partner (sweat equity up to 500 hours), and ability to pay an affordable mortgage. Applications open periodically and are currently closed as of June 2026; an email interest list is available.
