A statewide Nevada Housing Division homeownership program established in 2014 exclusively for veterans, active-duty military, National Guard members, and surviving spouses. It provides a below-market fixed interest rate 30-year government-insured loan to reduce the monthly mortgage payment, with no first-time homebuyer requirement, and can be combined with the Nevada Mortgage Tax Credit (MCC) with program fees waived. Delivered through a statewide network of more than 70 approved participating lenders rather than directly by NHD.
