The DPA follows the requirements of the first mortgage product used (USDA, FHA, VA, Conventional, Home Possible, HomeReady). Available to income-qualified buyers at or below 80% AMI. Eastern Eight CDC provides homebuyer education, financial counseling, and credit coaching.
