NeighborWorks Green Bay offers several down payment and closing cost assistance loans for income-eligible homebuyers: the HOME loan (up to $15,000), the Housing Cost Reduction Initiative/HCRI loan (up to $7,500), and the NeighborWorks Loan Fund/NLF loan (up to $7,000). Each is a 0% interest, no-monthly-payment deferred loan repaid when the home is sold, ownership changes, the home is no longer owner-occupied, or in some cases of refinancing. Location and income limits apply.
