Turnkey Plus is OCHFA's TBA-based DPA grant program available statewide through OCHFA-approved lenders. Borrowers receive up to 4% of the first-mortgage amount as a non-repayable grant for down payment and closing costs, paired with a 30-year fixed-rate FHA, VA, USDA-RD, or conventional HFA Preferred first mortgage. Despite OCHFA's name (Oklahoma County), the Turnkey Plus program is offered statewide.
