Philadelphia Home.Buy.Now is an employer-assisted housing program administered by the Urban Affairs Coalition's CED department. When a participating employer contributes toward an employee's home purchase, the program provides a dollar-for-dollar matching grant of up to $4,000 to help cover down payment and closing costs. The program also offers on-site homebuyer workshops, discounted housing services, and linkages to other homeownership programs.
