The Washington County CDA First-Generation Homebuyer Grant provides $5,000 in non-repayable grants to first-generation homebuyers purchasing anywhere in Washington County, MN. Buyers must earn no more than 115% of AMI and be purchasing their first-ever home, and their parents/legal guardians must also never have owned a home (or lost one to foreclosure). The CDA assisted nine first-generation buyers in 2025. Buyers in Oakdale and Woodbury may stack additional city assistance.
