What Hey Prescott connects to
A homebuyer who finds down payment assistance here is only useful to you if you actually hear about it. Connections exist so that person shows up in the system you already check, instead of asking you to keep one more tab open.
Everything below is set up from your own account, with your own credentials, and can be disconnected the same way.
Follow Up Boss
For: realtors and loan officers · Set up in: Settings → Integrations
New homebuyer leads land in Follow Up Boss as they arrive — name, contact details, how they reached you, and a link back to their full file here. Every contact is tagged Hey Prescott and the lead source is set to Hey Prescott, so you can build a Follow Up Boss action plan around it and see in your own reporting how it compares to your other sources.
There are two versions of this connection, and which one you get depends on whose API key you use:
- An account-owner key gives you two-way sync. Leads go out, and stage changes you make in Follow Up Boss come back and update the homebuyer's status here.
- An admin or agent key gives you one-way sync. Leads still go out and work normally; changes in Follow Up Boss just don't come back.
That's a rule on Follow Up Boss's side, not a limitation of your key. The Integrations page tells you which one you have rather than leaving you to guess.

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
For: realtors and loan officers · Set up in: your Calendar page
Two-way sync so homebuyers can only book times you're genuinely free, and the meetings land on the calendar you already keep. Your existing events are read as busy blocks — we never show their details to a homebuyer, only that the time is taken.
Outlook covers Microsoft 365 accounts as well.
Encompass
For: lender organizations · Set up in: the lender workspace, under Integrations
Map borrower files and milestones between Hey Prescott and ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass, so a file doesn't get rekeyed to move between the two. This one is configured by an owner or admin of the lender organization rather than by an individual loan officer.
What connecting does and doesn't share
Worth being plain about, because "integration" can mean almost anything:
- Your homebuyers' details stay here. A connection sends what that specific system needs to do its job — a contact record to a CRM, a busy block to a calendar — not your whole book.
- Nothing crosses between accounts. Your connection is yours. Another pro on Hey Prescott cannot see it, and their homebuyers never reach your systems.
- We don't send anything that reads as advice. No rate, no monthly payment, no qualification claim, and no recommendation of a specific assistance program — not in a CRM note, not anywhere. Hey Prescott is educational, and that holds just as firmly when our words land in your software as when they're on our own screen.
- Disconnecting removes our access. It deletes the credential on our side and unhooks us from theirs. Data already delivered stays where it is, because those are your records.
