Privacy rights
Manage the data Hey Prescott holds about you. We honor every right listed below for every user, regardless of where you live.
Download your data
Get a copy of everything we have on you — wizard answers, saved programs, Prescott chat history, lead activity, subscription records.
Exports arrive within 45 days (almost always within a few minutes once the queue is wired up). You can request up to two exports per year at no charge.
Delete your account
Remove your account and personal data from Hey Prescott. We'll soft-delete first so you have 30 days to change your mind, then anonymize permanently.
A handful of records are retained for legal compliance (subscription billing for 7 years, audit log for 24 months, anti-fraud signals for 24 months). See the privacy policy for the full retention schedule.
Cookies & tracking
Pick per-category cookie preferences for analytics, marketing, and personalization. Editable any time.
Required cookies (sign-in, security) stay on. Everything else is off until you opt in. You'll also see a banner the first time you visit.
Co-branded content
See and revoke permissions you've given pros to address you by name in co-branded content (welcome notes, progress updates, eligibility emails).
Each grant is a separate row. Revoke at any time — pros are blocked server-side from generating co-branded content the moment you revoke. Nothing you've already received is recalled.
Do not sell my data
We don't sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This toggle is here for compliance — we already honor it by default.
Under CCPA / CPRA you have the right to opt out of sale and sharing. We extend this right to everyone, not just California residents.
Other ways to exercise your rights
- Authorized agent. If you'd like someone else to make a request on your behalf, email privacy@heyprescott.com with a signed Power of Attorney.
- Correction. Correct any of your data yourself from your profile or pro settings. Anything you can't edit there, email privacy@.
- No retaliation. Exercising any right above never affects your access to Hey Prescott or the programs we surface.
